The goal of this design is to create a quick and simple way to lock or anchor power adapters to spiderboxes or similar distribution.  I wanted to discourage/stop the average participant from stealing your adapter without creating a super permanent connection.  The 1/16th cable is easily cut with dikes. Should someone abandon their adapter or be unable to unlock it. Someone with the right tools can quickly cut the cable.
